This is a perfect place to stay right in the heart of the historic centre of Atri. Elisa is a perfect hostess and Ornella is always available to help if you should need anything. In addition, we were able to bring our husky to stay here too! We heartily recommend this if you are planning a visit to Atri.

Very enjoyable visit to Atri

Elisa was great, she made us feel welcomed and helped to make our trip a memorable experience. The little village was charming, relaxing, and the people in the village could not have nicer. I would definitely recommend a week in this quaint hilltop village.

Great little town

We stayed here for a month. Plenty of space for 7 people. Nicely renovated with soaking tub. Good sized kitchen with oven and stove. Laundry downstairs and cute little town to walk around with grocery store close as well as a park for kids to play.

The property is absolutely wonderful and the location is perfect - right in the middle of the historic centre of Atri. Elisa and her mother are charming hosts and very friendly and welcoming. Ornella and her husband (the property managers) were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed any help. Elisa allowed us to bring our husky to stay in the apartment which worked so well for us. We would recommend this property unreservedly - this is definitely the place to stay if you are coming to Atri!

Atri eine wunderschöne Stadt 😀

Das Haus war sehr groß und hatte genügend Platz für unsere 8 köpfige Familie. Empfangen wurden wir auch sehr nett, sogar Köstlichkeiten 😋aus Atri wurden uns bereitgestellt. Die Vermieterin und auch ihre Mutter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen 😀

Italien von seinen schönsten Seiten

Die sehr schöne und große Wohnung hat unsere positiven Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Mit sieben Personen hatten wir mehr als ausreichend Platz. Direkt in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Atri gelegen, sind es nur wenige Kilometer zum Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen.

Father’s 80th birthday trip with family

The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for excursions around the area and the town itself is very nice. Enjoyed a grape festival and parade. If you have problems with stairs or church bells, this may not be the place for you. Marilena helped us when we were lost and went with us in the car to help find the best place to park.

Perfect location in the village of Atri! Spacious, clean, comfortable!

The house was clean, comfortable and just like the images online. It is also located a block away from the centre square so going for walks in the evening was easy and nearby. What is amazing is that even though we were close to all the festival activities it was still quiet and peaceful.

Charming, quiet and spacious

Owner is lovely. Thoroughly explained amenities and available. Offered her umbrella on the shore. Very functional kitchen. Lack of sunlight and views offset by a cool interior during hot weather. Very quiet street with early churchbells in the morning. The price for three double beds plus a master bedroom makes it a steal for groups. I could have stayed in Pineto for nothing but I just had to stay in Atri because of my attachment to this charming town, the ambience, the people, my family and memories acquired over 60 years.
