the farmhouse was extremely well presented and very clean on arrival with all the utilities and facilities we needed. the Aga made the kitchen nice and warm but could be uncomfortable on really hot days but not a major issue. with a full house of people the only room you can comfortably fit is the kitchen however there are two really nice lounges. overall and really impressive farmhouse - kevin and katie are to be commended - many thanks
