Spacious. Very clean in the high touch areas like kitchen, bedding, etc. Lesser traffic areas had cobwebs, dust, stains, etc. Aside from no coffee making abilities, kitchen was very functional for basic cooking. Laundry was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. However, if you are a light sleeper, the front bedroom is right next to a major road with a lot of heavy traffic noise starting around 7 AM. We were here during a heat wave. There are no fans or A/C, but the windows produce a nice cross breeze. No screens in the windows though, so acquired a few mosquito bites. Parking was not reliably available- there were times where we had to park a few blocks away.
