The house is distributed over two floors and has a private roof terrace.



On the ground floor you will find a bright living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a private patio with table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or lunch outdoors.



🛏️ On the first floor are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with an open-concept bathtub, whilst the second bedroom has a trundle bed, ideal for children or additional guests.



The property has air conditioning except in the second bedroom which is equipped with a portable air conditioning unit, designed to keep the room cool during the warmer months.



🌅 On the roof terrace you will find an outdoor space from which you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and Sohail Castle.



🏊 The residential complex



The property is part of a small residential complex of 17 terraced houses with a communal swimming pool, in a quiet and well-connected environment.



Within the community there are some cats that usually move around the common areas. They are calm cats and do not cause any problems, but it is possible that occasionally they may be found around the property, in the patio or even on the roof/terrace. We mention this so that guests are aware of it, especially if they travel with pets or prefer to avoid contact with animals.



🚶‍♀️ The beach, supermarkets, restaurants and leisure areas are just a few minutes' walk away.



ℹ️ Important information



📍 The property is located next to the motorway. Although the interior has two double-glazed windows in the main rooms, which considerably reduces noise, it is possible that traffic may be heard in the external areas (patio and roof terrace).



We prefer to indicate this with complete transparency so that you can assess whether this location suits your preferences before booking.

The accommodation must be returned in reasonable conditions of order and cleanliness. We reserve the right to apply additional charges, which will be deducted from the deposit, in the following cases:



Excessive general dirt.

Considerable amount of unwashed dishes.

Accumulation of rubbish inside the property.

Irreversible damage to towels or bed linen caused by makeup, creams or chemical products.

At Mojo Rentals we prepare the property so that it is in the best conditions before each arrival. However:



🏊 Communal facilities (swimming pool, gym, etc.) may remain closed by decision of the community or by regulation.



🏗️ Maintenance work or renovations may be carried out in common areas.



🚧 We cannot be held responsible for noise, dust or inconvenience caused by works carried out by third parties in neighbouring buildings or on public roads, as these are circumstances beyond our management.
