Family Home In Central Meiringen
Our modern chalet-style family home is located on a small street in the central part of Meiringen, only a 10-minute walk from the train station and main street. Our extended family lives in the adjacent property, and the house is split duplex style, with the other side belonging to my brother's family. Our home is perfect for families and large groups interested in an authentic Swiss experience, easy access to outdoor activities, beautiful scenery, and a relaxing holiday in the Alps!

I'm Liz, an American mother of 3 who has been living in Meiringen with my Swiss husband since 2010. We travel often between the US and Switzerland, and when we are away, we like to rent our home out to travelers. Our home is built on land that has been in my husband's family for generations, so you are likely to run into them during your stay! Meiringen is a wonderful small town nestled in the heart of the Bernese alps, but has yet to be discovered by tourist like some other places in Switzerland, so truly offers an authentic Swiss Alpine experience! I look forward to sharing my experiences with you!
