This was a great place to stay, so close to the beach to walk down easily with the paddle board. Was lovely and clean and the air conditioning was brilliant. The only thing I missed was a tea towel and perhaps more than one dishwasher tablet would have been handy. Check in was super easy and received lots of comms prior to arrival advising us on what to do. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich dass nicht Fewo der Vermieter war sondern Happy Rentals. Die Kommunikation mit HR war zunächst mühsam. Die Gebühr für den Hund war versteckt unter "Gebühren". Es war erst während unseres Aufenthaltes möglich die 50 zurück zubekommen da der Hund in der Zwischenzeit verstorben war. Außerdem wiesen die Buchungskosten eine Differenz zwischen Fewo und HR auf.Das Haus Primula 2 ist in einem Ferienpark und war sehr schmutzig, so dass erst einmal ordentlich sauber gemacht werden musste. Auch sonst war es in keinem guten Zustand. Eines der Sofas war so fleckig dass man sich gar nicht setzen wollte.Wir haben dann die nötigsten Reparaturen veranlasst, was uns genau wie die Reinigung wertvolle Zeit gekostet hat (von einem 7 Tage Urlaub). Alles in allem war das Haus eine Katastrophe. Sehr Ungemütlich, und es war offensichtlich das der Besitzer nur seinen Profit wollte aber nichts zu investieren bereit war. Wie die anderen innen Häuser aussehen wissen wir nicht, wirkten aber von außen wesentlich gepflegter. Der Manager vor Ort war im Gegensatz zu HR sehr entgegenkommend und kooperativ.Außer der schönen Lage, kann ich wirklich nichts positives vermelden.

Wir haben ein Wochenende in Porlezza verbracht. Haben einen runden Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Lage war top. Das Zimmer sauber, auf jedem Stock gab es ein Badezimmer. Die küche war voll ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
