This property was very clean and a nice place to crash after days of shark tooth hunting. Close to the beach and good restaurants.

Pest control, pool maintenance and yard work people all turned up unannounced on same day. Lawnmower kicked up dust, pest control was asked not to spray because kids and dog present. Feel these maintenance appointments should be scheduled when property is empty not during my rental time .
