Very clean, close to the water, we walked to the beach all week. All amenities needed are in the house already also. Several toys, chairs, sifters. Host quick to respond and very nice. Great house, great location.

We have stayed at this house for at least 5 years in a row, if not more. This is our Spring Break “home away from home”! The house is perfect for our beach vacations with our growing family! The private heated pool and short walk to the beach make this house the perfect vacation spot. Art (property owner) is very responsive and always ensures our stay is top-notch. The house was beautiful, clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The pool was wonderful and warm. The house was also equipped with a crib and high chair for the baby. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you to the owners/managers. I will definitely rent again. Karen Paul

House was beautiful and perfectly laid out. It was extremely helpful to have a quiet area with a crib and height chair. Plenty of pool and beach toys, chairs and umbrella. The grill on the deck was nice for dinner with plenty of seating. The heated pool worked for 1 days then the heat broke.

We have made so many great memories at this house! The set up for sleeping, eating indoors or outside, having the pool and outdoor shower after walking to the beach is great for our family.The number that was listed for the contact needed to be updated for communication purposes but it got resolved as well as needing a few things to be stocked that were listed for the property. Note to bring your own shampoo etc since basic soap is more for hand soap, laundry soap, and dish soap. Also fun they had games like clue, Yahtzee and Jenga, a few kids books, and tons of beach/pool toys and floats and an umbrella and chairs.We really appreciate the host having us and like being in this area so much we hope to make it a tradition!

Everything was great. It would hav helped to have a broom to help keep the floors swept and maybe a rug to wipe our feet of sand before coming in from the garage. I did expect the essentials to wash hands etc maybe add that to the website so people know to bring those. Otherwise it was perfect and we are planning our next stay.

Perfect for families with kids!

Our 2 sons and their families loved, loved, loved this property. The room set ups, 2 bathrooms we nice, nice kitchen, and laundry. So close to the beach with lots of sharks teeth but no sharks great response from host when we had questions.

We had an amazing time!! We had 6 adults and 4 kids, and there was plenty of space for us all. We loved the pool, but also loved being so close that we could walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent place to stay with 10 people!

My daughter and her family stayed at this home. It was perfect for them as far as sleeping, swimming and so close to the beach. We had the Whole family (17) for supper every night and it worked out very well. There was plenty of room for all.

Amazing family vacation
