The apartment was very clean and lived up to its name. Accommodations were very comfortable. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an apartment with a nice balcony. Very quiet street.

Great place to stay in Florence. Chiara was an awesome host. Met us for check-in. Showed us around the place. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Within walking distance from the train station. And only 20 minute walk to some other attractions. She was also flexible with our check in/check out. Would highly recommend!

The location is perfect. Just blocks away from the center of Florence, an easy walk along the river that's almost behind the apartment. There are shops, restaurants, and a grocery near by. We absolutely loved the balcony. We spent our evenings there. And, if you have tall people in your travel party, the showers were decent sized. If you've ever tried to squeeze a 6'2" body in most Italian showers, you'll know.I would definitely stay there again.

Stefania met us at the foot and explained the entire setup and was very thorough. We loved the place and were easily able to walk to amazing restaurants and museums or catch the tram. We would live to come back sometime and would stay here again.

Apartment was exactly as described, clean, everything operational, no issues throughout the stay. The apartment is about 10-15 mins walk from the main highlights of Florence, very easy to go out and find great places to eat.All comms were clear, check in & check out was very smooth, again no issues at all. The dining area and terrace was particularly good as the sun went down.

A very nice apartment in a great location. Easy walking to all of Florence 5 minutes walk from the train terminal steps from the river. The owner is a good communicator and attentive to questions. Nice restaurants nearby, minimal street noise and the apartment is quiet. A WONDERFUL terrace to enjoy a morning coffee and a late afternoon wine.

This was a great property and the location in Florence was perfect. Loved waking up and having coffee on the terrace looking out over the city skyline. Also the convenience of the elevator in the building was key especially with all or luggage.

Wonderful place to stay

We stayed a month and loved every minute. The owners went above and beyond for us and we appreciate the kindness and hospitality they showed. Great location, close to market, food, and anything you need without being in middle of tourist area.

Quiet location with patio with beautiful view

The apartment is very nice and the host was wonderful. The location is close enough to the center but in a quiet neighborhood.Its close to Santa Maria Novella Station and the bus station. Also close to a very nice cafe.

Great property, great location!

Our family stayed for two weeks, the property was clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of Florence. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything but away from the crowds. The owner Chiara was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Perfect location

Our hosts made sure we felt comfortable and spent extra time with us during checkin process. The view from the terrace is amazing and you can comfortably walk to all the main attractions.

City center yet quiet

So close to the water, amazing patio with a great view for the evenings. Plenty of separate space for the teenagers to feel like they have down time.
