Idyllic cottage in the heart of the Devon countryside.

A newly refurbished 3 bedroom single storey cottage sleeping up to 6 with a panoramic bay window looking over stunning Devon countryside. The large kitchen, fitted with modern German units, seats 6 at the dining table. There is comfy seating for guests to enjoy looking out across the fields or a comfy night in by the fire. Watch the deer, foxes, buzzards, ravens, red kites, kestrels and other wildlife during your stay.
No additional cleaning and other costs added when you book.
The space
There is ample parking for three or four cars.
The utility area by the back door has enough space to dry jackets and boots from walks on the moor and is equipped with a washer/dryer.
The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, electric hob, two electric ovens (including microwave), a Tassimo coffee machine and a fridge/freezer. There is plenty of storage for self-catering provisions.
The living room and each bedroom has a TV with free WiFi throughout the cottage.
Every bedroom has ample storage for even the longest stay.
The property is no smoking/no vaping but there is plenty of space outside.
Regrettably pets are not permitted in the cottage.
Guest access
The whole house and benches to sit in the sun at the back of the house looking over the fields. There is a newly constructed level hardstanding for parking and the property will park three or four cars, depending on their size.
Other things to note
Please note we do not charge extras such as cleaning fees when you book our cottage.

A travel cot, high chair and fire guard are all available on request. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require any or all of these. There are steps down to the property which makes the cottage unsuitable for wheelchairs or for those unstable on their feet.
