This updated and well-maintained 1125 sq ft unit is fully furnished & equipped for all your needs. The unit is on the top floor and is an end unit. The unit features:
-Two Master Suites with king beds: each with a full bathroom, walk-in closets, and a balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains

-Updated kitchen with quartz counters and a dining unit
-In-unit washer and dryer (Whirlpool)

MASTER SUITES: Each suite has a King bed, walk out balconies, smart TVs, and ceiling fans/lights

BATHROOMS: Both master suites have attached full bathrooms with walk in showers

WALK IN CLOSETS: Both bedrooms have large walk-in closets. with clothing racks on both sides, mirrors, and a dresser

PETS: VERY LIMITED, but some non-shedding small dogs may be considered. Sorry No Cats, due to allergies

Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet and streaming TV services are available (Roku & YouTube TV with local and popular channels). There is a total of 3 flat-screen smart TVs.

Condo was clean, modern and had everything you need! The entire unit was recently updated. The bed was very comfortable and each patio had a view. The community is very quiet with lots of green space to walk and play tennis. I would definitely stay here again!

Scottsdale Rental

We enjoyed our one month stay at Steve’s Scottsdale condo. The location was great and provided us with a lots of hiking and biking opportunities. Grocery store and several restaurants are very close also. Thanks for a great trip. We hope to return in the future!

Updated condo with a beautiful view!

This is a beautiful, spacious, second floor condo, only very recently remodeled!It was very pleasant to sit on the balcony, taking in beautiful views of the mountains and property! The condo has beautiful furnishings, bedding and towels!It has a full service kitchen which was great, since we did a lot of cooking! The Racquet Club is close to groceries, restaurants, hiking, and entertainment. The pools and hot tubs are close by and very relaxing!Steve was very responsive when we had a question. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Terrific Racquet Club Upper Level Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steve's two bedroom condo. It was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our afternoon 'Happy Hours' on either of the two balconies. We used the heated pools and hot tubs many afternoons during our 37 day stay!

Nice 2BR 2BA second floor unit, nicely decorated with plenty of seating. Owner redoing floors and bathrooms so no comment there. Kitchen small but well-equipped for everyday meals, double over, newish fridge. Great location in north central Scottsdale near to groceries, restaurants, movies, library, McDowell-Sonoran Preserve. HOA very active with movie nights etc. Tennis and pickle ball courts.

Raquet Club at Scottsdale Ranch

Our stay at the Raquet club was very relaxing and comfortable. The condo was clean and adequately equiped. The community was friendly and very quiet. The hot tub and pools were easy to access and provided some much needed relaxation. We enjoyed walking in the community and in the surrounding area. Access to the 101 was quick and uncomplicated. We were thankful that the area had a Fry's close by, a library and a number of restaurants , all within walking distance if you choose to walk. The property manager was accessible by text or email to answer any questions we had about the condo or the area. Steve's response was timely and efficient. We came to AZ from Missouri for medical purposes and have never been here before. We had no idea how long we would be here, (currently we still are, going on 4 months) and Steve was very easy to work with. He made some exceptions for us to help accommodate the expense of our stay. He allowed us to bring our two dogs which was wonderful since we have been here so long. His condo was perfect for our stay, it has all the basics that met our needs. We met several of the neighbors that live here full time, everyone is very nice and helpful. I love the gated community, the walking path all around the condos on the property and the numerous choices in pools that we had, especially since this past summer was the hottest that AZ has had in years. Highly recommend!

Very enjoyable family vacay

My husband and I spent 6 weeks at Steve’s condo. We really enjoyed our stay. The Racquet Club keeps the grounds very well maintained with beautiful flowering shrubs and trees, Many pools to choose from also. When our granddaughter came for a short visit we would go to the kid friendly pool which is warmer and more shallow than the other pools. She loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet. We liked sitting out on the master patio at the condo. We put a hummingbird feeder out there and the birds were wonderful to watch up close while we had our morning coffee. The condo is just as described. Steve checked in with us several times by email to let us know if we had any issues or needed anything to let him know. We appreciated that. Wonderful much needed break from 2020’s new reality

We had a wonderful months stay at the condo. We were there “technically” for work and our daughter came along since she was doing online school but unofficially we need to escape the harsh covid restrictions where we live and just the 2020 stress in general. The location, property grounds, pool, hot tub, and condo were perfect for our stay. The weather didn’t really cooperate our last week there but it was really cool seeing snow on the mountains outside of Scottsdale. We sucked up every single sun ray possible before returning to cold Colorado. The grounds were safe enough to let our teen skate board by herself around the complex and it was a fun area to walk and explore the surrounding town. We love winters in AZ so much that we got a property of our own under contract in Phoenix. Thanks for sharing your home. Those memories will last a lifetime for us.

Wonderful community and condo

Wonderful community and condo. We really enjoyed staying at the Racquet club. Steve was a great host. Anytime we needed anything he was right there and answered very quickly. We both like to cook and are used to having our things from home and be nice to have a better outfitted kitchen but everything was in good working order. The master bed was very comfortable. The community is very nice. We enjoy playing pickle ball and using the pools.

This Condo has comfort in spaces, a full size laundry, and a responsive owner.

We enjoyed the layout of our unit with two separated master bedroom suites, generous closets and central kitchen/dining and living spaces. The full size laundry is appreciated. When we had guests over, there was space to entertain. The tennis focus of the resort makes it very enjoyable to be active and find ease in socializing. We have rented at the Racquet Club previously and found this unit to be one we would recommend to our friends.
