Quiet 2nd floor Condo. Fully furnished and NEW remodeled with all stainless steel appliances, flooring, carpet, paint, counter tops and cabinets! (Interior pictures posted April 1!)
Great amenities and being a corner unit, you only have one neighbor below you.
30 day minimum rental. Lots of extras!

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Front door and storage door must be kept locking at all times, especially upon checkout
If there are any issues, please let us know within 12 hours of move-in so that we may address. Otherwise you will charged accordingly.

The pool was clean and very friendly.Lots of options to sit at a table or just relax on a lounge cot.The hot tub was clean and easy to access getting into and out of.It was nice to have lots of available garbage cans to use.

Stay was amazing. Great location. Unit was extremely clean and well designed. Truly a great spot to stay. Remember you are on the second level and need to climb stairs but so worth it.

Quiet and relaxing

Came to Scottsdale for radiation treatments at Mayo. The condo was a perfect place to relax and focus on healing. Very quiet, heard birds singing every morning. Close to everything I needed and had great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and in a wonderful location. We had a little mix up with the unit number and door code but once that was corrected we were very happy with the condo itself. Truly lovely

The perfect stay!

Location was ideal for restaurants, groceries, etc. The condo was clean, roomy, beautiful & fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Did not take long to consider it “home”. Short walk to the pool which we took full advantage of. Would book again!

Host was very welcoming and amenities were great. This is the best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. There were plenty of clothes hangers, garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper.
