Apartment with spacious double bedroom with double wardrobe, living room with open kitchen equipped with dishwasher and fridge/freezer, induction hob, coffee machine (Nespresso) and basic accessories. Private bathroom with maxi-shower, bed linen and towels, soap, hairdryer and shower-shampoo. White marble floor, air conditioning, electric shutters, lock with numeric keypad overlooking the internal courtyard. Ideal for 3-4 people. Free Wi-Fi. The accommodation facility has 3 paid parking spaces. The parking space for a single reservation must be requested by the customer and confirmed by the accommodation facility.

Check-in is completed entirely online through a dedicated system, allowing guests to register their details, upload their identification documents, and easily and securely complete payment of the tourist tax and any parking fees. Once the procedure has been completed, all the necessary instructions for accessing the apartment independently will be provided.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war reibungslos und transparent. Wir haben für unser Auto eine abschließbare Garage im Hof dazu gebucht und haben es nicht bereut, wenn man nach Mailand mit dem Auto kommt. Vor der Buchung bekamen wir Infos, dass die Garage 25 EUR pro Tag kostet, was wir auch gerne bezahlt haben, da Parken auf der Straße für Gäste sehr sehr schwer in Mailand ist. Das Check in war kontaktlos, aber wir haben vor unserer Einreise klare ausführliche Infos bekommen wie wir ins Haus durch die Code Tür rein kommen. Man muss nur die Anweisungen genau lesen und dann ist der Zugang in die Wohnung nicht schwer. Wir haben auch ein Video bekommen, wie und wo wir parken können. Das war auch sehr gut und hat problemlos geklappt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Bei 42 Grad draußen in der Stadt haben wir die beiden Klimaanlagen in der Wohnung genossen. Vielen lieben Dank für so eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft!

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier animé et attractif à 15 min du centre historique à pied. Beaucoup de restaurants dans le secteur (pensez à réserver pour certains !). Très propre, bien équipé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la machine à café pour bien démarrer la journée ! L'appartement donne sur l'arrière du bâtiment, aucun bruit la nuit même avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Une belle adresse que je recommande.

Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Seitenstraße, die allerdings schon in der Area C von Mailand liegt, was unbedingt ein Ticket (wenn man hineinfahren möchte) für diesen Bereich notwendig macht.Das Apartment war in echt schöner als auf den Bildern, was selten vorkommt.Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat auf alles eine Antwort und versucht den Aufenthalt für die Gäste so perfekt wie möglich zu machen.Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls großartig, alles was man in Bad und Küche benötigt war vorhanden.Der Parkplatz direkt unter dem Apartment ist natürlich der Hammer (unbedingt rechtzeitig reservieren), denn das Parken auf den Straßen einer Großstadt ist nicht so einfach.Die Lage zur Nähe der Kanäle (Naviglio Grande und Naviglio Pavese) ist perfekt, dort kann man sehr schön entlang schlendern, bummeln und es gibt unzählige Restaurants direkt am Wasser oder in den Seitenstraßen.Der Fußweg von der Unterkunft bis in die Innnenstadt ist gut zu machen, so dass man in 25 Minuten gemütlich am Dom ist.In Mailand findet man überall schöne Ecken und hat genug zu sehen für ein paar Tage, Shopping soll ja auch nicht zu kurz kommen.Falls wir mal wieder nach Mailand kommen, würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier ein Apartment buchen.
