Disliked: Check-in
Check in was more difficult than others as no 24/7 staff, so had to do everything online before check in. However, communication with the host was really good. We were able to check-in and leave our luggage earlier. Close to restaurants and walkable to transport.

Although the area around the property including the building itself looks a bit old and dated, the property inside is amazing and I felt safe. The room was very spacious, clean and well apportioned. I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very clean and roomy. Well furnished. Hot water only lasted 45 minutes to shower for 4 people. Host was not feeling well, so communication was poor as we arrived. Instructions on how to enter building not very clear. Overall, not bad for value. Was about 18 minute walk to Duomo.
