This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is right on the beach and features two private terraces with spectacular views of the garden and pool. You’re just steps from the ocean and a short walk from the shopping, dining, and entertainment attractions of Jaco Beach.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. It also features a granite-topped breakfast bar for those busy mornings. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, a closet, and an en-suite full bathroom. The master bedroom also has glass doors that open onto the dining balcony. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds—perfect for children or friends—along with a nightstand and closet, and a second full bathroom just down the hall.

Your condo includes basic toiletries. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need additional toiletries such as toilet paper or hand soap. There are several supermarkets conveniently located around town where you can purchase toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, etc.

Towels & Lines: Each unit has a set number of bath and pool towels based on the maximum occupancy. Every unit has a washing machine/dryer where you can wash your towels at your convenience.
The items in the units are inventoried, and this inventory is reviewed before the guest checks in and after they check out.

Electricity: Costa Rica is very eco-friendly; we ask that if you are not in your condo, please turn off the AC, lights, and fans. This helps keep rates low and helps preserve our beautiful environment.
