Located in the Los Suenos Resort and Marina on Herradura Bay, an enjoyable and scenic 1 hour and 15 minute ride from San Jose's Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).

Los Suenos Resort and Marina features an 18 hole eco-golf course designed by Ted Robinson Jr.; a 200 slip marina offering world-class Sport Fishing Charters; a 3 million dollar private Beach Club with swim-up bar; 10+ Restaurants; Shops; Salon & Spa.

Located in the Veranda Residences, our condo (unit 7B) is conveniently located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort and Marina. The Veranda Residences are within easy walking distance to the Beach Club, Marina Village, and the Marriott Hotel and golf course. The gated community of the Veranda Residences offers six free-form swimming pools with Jacuzzis, grills and a community gym. Our guests will also have access to the exclusive Beach Club with swim up bar and restaurant.

Our spacious second floor condo is located in building 7 at the base of Altamira Mountains. Monkeys are sometimes spotted in in trees across from our building entrance way. The spacious covered terraces overlook one of the many free-form swimming pools; the first fairway of La Iguana golf course and the rainforest covered hills beyond. Enjoy coffee on the veranda and listen to the sounds of nature and watch the Macaws fly by.

Accommodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the second bedroom. The living area is furnished with a Sport Fishing theme and contains furniture by Lane, Hooker and Tommy Bahama. The bedrooms are decorated with tropical themes and contain furniture made locally in Costa Rica. Flat screen TVs in Living Room and both bedrooms. Smart TV in the living room. Freshly painted and new appliances for 2021!

We have secured Wireless Internet that even reaches to the pool!

Enjoy in condo dining or dine at any of the many restaurants within the resort. Take a ten minute cab ride to the town of Jaco, where you can also enjoy many local restaurants, shopping, a casino and night clubs.

Los Suenos luxury! Prefect spot for Costa Cat tour to Isla Tortuga!

We so enjoyed our stay at Veranda 7B in the Los Suenos resort. It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We wanted to be close to the harbor for the Costa Cat trip to Isla Tortuga and this was absolutely perfectly located so close. We enjoyed the pool just downstairs and patio and incredible views. Dinner at the Beach Club was great and enjoyed a special meal at Bambu on the harbor. Loved every second of our stay! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay with tons of amenities. A number of pools in the complex and access to the beach club. Gas grill by the pool was an excellent extension of the kitchen. Beautiful view of golf and pool from the condo. Plenty of beach towels was a bonus. Thanks Susan!
