Very noisy, half the light bulbs were burned out, security system broken, gate into courtyard impossible to unlock, garage door switch broken, kitchen pots and pans worst ever!
Listen yall, do not be swayed by the outer appearance of this place lol. Seriously i pulled up and was like "wheres my gun"😂. However i was PLEASANTLY surprised by the inner workings of the location! Very spacious, eccentric space. Easily gives me city vibes from the bottom floor with the winderful kitchen space, to the top floor the shower and 3 shower heads ugh amazing really! The beds are super comfy, and like the second floor gives you the greatest view of all below. I really couldn't even explain how much i actually love this space, you literally should just come check it.out for.yourself. i came with my partner and romanticized the area she literally loved it! It was the best experience and we have already planned for another i cannot wait 💜

Disliked: Check-in, location
Cute but in light industrial area
Unit is large, cute, and “lofty”. Neighborhood is rough - our adjoining unit was very loud. Check-in feels sketchy: writes down cc numbers and takes pics of cc and drivers license. Kitchen wasn’t really equipped for cooking (no spatula, tongs, etc). I think this is meant for younger people (we’re in our 50s). On top of all this, accused of ruining a towel and vomiting in the unit. (Hoping that’s an honest mistake- was probably the unit next to us).
Relaxing modern industrial property. Awesome custom showers. Very convenient to local restaurants and downtown. Putting car into garage is extra special. Our visit was great!

Cool place!I
The space is really cool and with a “bachelor pad” vibe. The location was nice for going to the stadium as it was off of rosewood. The only thing that is keeping me from giving it 5 stars is there are some sketchy houses down the block and kids roaming the streets past midnight. We also asked for the WiFi password and were not provided with one. Joab met us on time at the property to show us in and make sure we had enough towels. There is garage parking for 2 and room on the driveway to park another 2 cars. There is space in the living room to put extra blowup mattresses if needed and approved by Joab. Space also came with plates/pans/cups. Really cool design, would stay again!

Very nice property but the inside air conditioning unit is very loud.
We went to Columbia, South Carolina the beginning of September for our daughters Basic Training Family Day and Graduation Day. This was a centrally located place to stay. The only complaint that we have is that the interior air conditioner unit was really loud.

Comfort with class!
Exactly as the pictures show plus the convenience of central location to Fort Jackson, USC, and State Buildings downtown. This place is museum type state of the art decorated yet comfortable and relaxing. New age industrial type design with open concept and tastefuly decorated. Top of the line linens, bedding, furnishings and decor. Great patio area enclosed from the street yet open air for enjoying a glass of wine and watching the nearby private planes soar overhead. Added bonus of a remote access garage makes it real easy to load and unload luggage and supplies. The owner is nearby, friendly and accessible if needed. From the pre check in instructions to check out all was completely clear and welcoming. Gracious supply of items to get you started like coffee, toiletries and paper towels.

I love design. Mid-Century, Modern, Minimalistic and Mies (as in van der Rohe). This loft is an extension of my interest in architecture and design. A stock broker turned real-estate developer, I found my passion and calling in repurposing old warehouses into chic, living quarters. I plan to convert more of my inventory of these exciting lofts into overnight spaces so that more travelers can experience the lifestyle that I've enjoyed creating. We hope that you'll come to experience our vision for design
