Amazing

House was as described and better than the photos!! Great views.... loved the easy access to the high coast path... lovely walk to Carnewas for lunch.Its a fair walk up and down to the beach/shops which we were aware of but something to be aware of for others. House had everything we needed, was very comfortable.... lovely soft bedding, large towels, good showers, kitchen really well appointed.

The oven did not work when we arrived which should have been checked , I was informed I would receive a refund but it never came. The 2 double bed mattress were very old and worn. The cleaning needed a bit more attention to detail. I think for the price a lot needs improving On the plus side the views were amazing but did not make up for the other issues

Thank you for your review. It’s really disappointing to read your account of your stay with us given our many calls and emails with you. This was a shock to read. We are sorry that Coast Cottage did not meet your expectations. The oven had been working up until your arrival. The problem you experienced couldn’t have been foreseen. We responded immediately and found an emergency electrician, who came out straight away. The oven was replaced the following day. You did acknowledge and thank us for the generous refund that we gave you, so puzzling to read that you suggested none was given. The King size mattress that you refer to was replaced last year, along with the brand-new bed. Thank you for your observations. We’ve only had 5-star reviews from our guests, many of whom regularly return.

Lovely cottage, very clean and well appointed. Good sized secure garden for the dogs, and fabulous beaches nearby.Nice patio and sea view to have your morning cuppa.Only slight annoying thing was that some internal doors didnt close properly.. bedroom 1, the door to the kitchen and both bathrooms. The dogs being well trained know not to leave their beds at night but could have been very comfortable on the beds or leather sofas!Apart from that... lovely!
