About this property

Rabbit Hole, East Studdal

Experience a slice of the Good Life when you stay at Rabbit Hole – a newly converted barn situated on the owners small holding with amazing views of the Kent countryside and distant sea views over Pegwell Bay. This truly is a rural idyll, set amongst picturesque scenery. East Studdal is a small village in a great location for enjoying this part of the East Kent countryside. The coastal Georgian town of Deal is just a 15 minute drive away, with its wide promenade, beach and pier. The village of Kingsdown is just a 10 minutes drive, with The Zetland Arms being one of the few UK puns actually sat on the beach and overlooked by the stunning white chalk cliffs. The barn has a lovely sociable open plan living space with great views, two bedrooms and shower room. Outside is the garden area with seating and BBQ where you can relax and soak up the peace and quiet and the views. Walkers and cyclists will love Rabbit Hole as there are lots of footpaths, and cycle tracks to explore. There is ample parking for two cars. Please note: the small holding has sheep, chickens and pigs all fenced in, and whilst dogs are welcome, they must be small to medium and good around livestock, especially the sheep, as the fence is not high.
