The house meet all our needs for family golf outing. There was plenty of room for everyone, an kitchen provided everything that needed for preparing meals. Would stay again if come back for another golf outing.

Bill was extremely helpful throughout the rental process, and after we arrived. The home was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring Western PA and Pittsburgh.

We were 10 in total 6 adults,4 children. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen and easy pool access. Bright, airy and comfortable home. No major issues at all.I would add that it would have been nice to have had deck furniture. There is a dinning table for 6 but no comfy deck furniture.

There are or “should be” 4 folding chase lounge chairs in either the garage or utility room, depending on where the last guest or cleaning put them and a hammock for the frame in the entrance hall closet. We will update the instructions notebook to include that so our guests know. Thanks for bringing that to our attention.

The house was Not as clean as it should have been. The shower liners in master suite & in basement orange & black mold & dirt. The basement bedrooms with bugs & marks on blankets on bunk bed. Popcorn under table when I didn’t eat popcorn. The worst I would say was most of the towels smelled of mildew very strong. The hand soap was not full had 2 pumps in master suite. Lastly the pans had many scratched & peeling which can cause cancer, That said house beautiful. The view is pretty! Worked well for my family with space while my son got married at pine rock farms.

We enjoyed spending time together with extended family. The house was clean and well supplied with kitchen tools to easily prepare meals. We enjoyed spending time in the resort pool and the beach at the lake (25min drive).
