Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
We were given wrong information on how to collect the key, took 2 hours, multiple phone calls to ascertain the correct information. The property was a complete let down, the hob kept tripping, despite an email to ‘happy rentals’ NOTHING was corrected. No welcome pack and or information on the area and its surrounding were received, again despite requests nothing was received. No internet. It took until day 3 to receive a WiFi router. The bedroom…. None of the lamps worked. No way to control the heating within the property, ended up being freezing cold all of the time. Absolute shambles, DO NOT RENT from this company.

Thank you for your feedback. There was an error in the key collection information, which was immediately corrected. We also personally visited the property to resolve the issue. WiFi was never advertised as available. All lamps worked, and the heating was set to 23°C, controlled remotely. No issues were reported during your stay. We also noted that your communications with our staff were rude and aggressive. Unless your communications become more respectful, we suggest not booking with us again. Kind regards, Happy Rentals Team

10/10 Excellent

Grange Romantic Retreat Mountain View
