Fantastic base for skiing in Briancon

magnifique séjour dans ce bel appartement neuf, un petit concon où rien ne manque ! beau parking avec box super pratique pour la voiture et un vélo:) sur la grande terrasse l'on peut apercevoir le haut de la montagne, la citadelle et les différents forts, nous pouvons tout faire à pieds, logés au centre ville, le marché couvert le mercredi et le dimanche, cinéma, restaurants, grandes surfaces...il ne manque rien :) Briançon une belle surprise !! nous reviendrons avec un grand plaisir :)

Von fünf Töpfen war nur einer für den Induktionsherd geeignet. Bad und Küchen Schubladen waren schmutzig. Jede Menge Staub unter dem Bett. Weiße Klobürste war ekelig, sowie das WC. Gemüse Reste vom Vorgänger waren noch im Gefrierschrank. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig.

Bonjour, Encore une fois nous sommes désolés que votre séjour ne se soit pas bien passé. Sans le livret d'accueil, vous ne pouviez pas trouver l'appartement ni les consignes pour y accéder. Il aurait fallu nous appeler aussitôt plutôt que de prendre une chambre dans un hôtel pour la première nuit. Nous avons tenté par la suite de vous joindre par téléphone et mail sans jamais avoir de réponse de votre part. La conciergerie de l'appartement que vous avez contacté le lendemain vous a apporté le linge de maison, vous n'étiez pas à l'appartement et ils vous les ont laissé. L'état des lieux de sortie devait se faire le matin de votre départ, mais vous étiez partis avant, sans régler la conciergerie pour le linge de maison. Nous avions fait un ménage d'inter saison juste avant votre arrivée, nous avions changé divers ustensiles (nouvelle bouilloire, ajout d'un appareil à raclette, changement du grille pain, de nouveaux draps housses et protèges oreillers) pour que tout soit impeccable. Les poêles et casseroles sont spécialement conçues pour la plaque à induction et fonctionnent très bien. Nous attendons d'un locataire qu'il respecte les principes élémentaires de courtoisie et si un problème intervient nous avons toujours fait en sorte de trouver une solution rapidement pour nos locataires. Nous vous avons proposé de rester une nuit ou 2 de plus gratuitement pour compenser vos problèmes à votre arrivée dans l'appartement, vous n'avez jamais répondu. Depuis 5 ans que nous louons notre appartement, nous avons toujours eu de très bons retours et beaucoup de locataires reviennent chaque année. Nous attachons une attention particulière à la propreté de l'appartement et vous disposez d'une conciergerie disponible 7 jours/7 qui se trouve à proximité de l'appartement. logement super bien placé pour se rendre à Montgenèvre ou bien Serre Che. Super fonctionnel simple d'accès et proche de tout. Facile pour l'arrivé avec en plus un emplacement garage pour la voiture. Rien à dire encore merci !!

appartamento moderno e ben rifinito in un bel complesso centrale e con comodità parcheggi. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario. Bel terrazzo all'ultimo piano del palazzo. Mancavano le lenzuola. Terrò in considerazione per prossime vacanze

Appartement spacieux et recent

C’est agréable d’être à la montagne dans un grand appartement, avec terrasse spacieuse et ensoleillée. Le plus, c’est aussi internet. J’ai pu me connecter à Netflix et Amazon. Commerces à côté et départ des télécabines proches.

Séjour randonnée

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner et l’apéritif avec ses belles vues sur Briançon. C’est un bon lieu pour randonner alentour.

Posizione comoda, molto silenziosa.

L'appartamento è comodo e ben posizionato, per noi era la tappa dei giri in moto. Pulito e ben organizzato, ci ha regalato notti fresche e silenziose!
