The villa is located in a very quiet and well ventilated area of Sainte Luce.
Ideally placed for visiting Martinique and enjoying the superb white sandy beaches of Martinique, less than 5 minutes (3.5 km) from Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros raisins, Anse Figuier ... and on the route des Salines. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.

Villa Cocoon offers a private salt pool not overlooked of 7mx3m50 with a huge wooden deck of 110 m2 from which you can admire the incredible 180 ° view of the Caribbean Sea, the famous 'lying woman', the Rocher du Diamant and on the sugar cane plantations of the Trois Rivières rum factory.
Sun loungers are available, a very comfortable outdoor lounge set, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water.
