1 TV lounge,
2 air-conditioned bedrooms with separable double bed (180x200), 2 bathrooms with separate WC,

A garden level (120m2):
3 air-conditioned bedrooms each with 1 separable double bed (180x200) and 1 single bed (90x200), 3 bathrooms, 3 separate WCs, and enjoying a terrace with views of the golf course and the sea,
