This was a clean and welcoming apartment in a great location. We were minutes from the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. Check-in was terrible. We arrived at the key pickup location at 4pm and the code did not work. The telephone number for the host kept going to voicemail, and it was only upon calling keynest that we were told the key hadn’t been returned. We were a group with seniors and young kids, and had to wait outside until the cleaning staff let us in. It was extremely warm in the apartment, but the host had plenty of fans to help alleviate the heat. If check-in wasn’t such a nightmare, I would give a better review.

We had some challenges with initial access and some problems with the dryer, and there is no working television in the Living Room. However, we were able to get service, and overall, we were extremely happy with the location and access to public transportation. The street was quiet, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood.
