An over-sized three bedroom two bathroom on the South side of Grand Forks! This unit is complete with everything you need, for whatever life throws your way. Including bed linens, bath towels, silverware and dishware, basic cooking needs, basic cleaning needs, laundry supplies, ironing board and iron, and a Whirlpool washer and dryer set in the unit. This unit includes high speed internet, and a patio facing the residential south side of Grand Forks. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with central air and forced air heat.

Wonderful stay

This is a wonderful property to rent! We have stayed here two years in a row now over the holidays and have been able to cook both a full Christmas meal last year and Thanksgiving meal this year. The apartment manager Doug is wonderful and so nice and accommodating. Cannot day enough nice things about him and it is so nice to be able to have a place to sprawl out with our family. Thanks again Doug and Jake for all of your help!

Beautiful apartment

We were in town for a concert at the Alerus Center. The apartment was a quick 8 minute Uber ride from the venue. Walking distance to liquor store and grocery store. The apartment is very clean, beautifully decorated, the pictures don’t do it justice.

Rented a three bedroom two bath apartment months in advance. When it came time for the trip got my confirmation from vrbo but never received anything from property manager on how to access or get into rental. Sent emails with no response finally about 24 hours before departure for trip reached him by phone, it seems they had rented it out to someone else. They were able to accommodate us with two very nice two bedroom two bath apartments. Not sure what would have happened if I couldn't have reached him by phone? I guess we would have drove 8 hours and not had a place to stay.
