An over-sized two bedroom two bathroom on the South side of Grand Forks! This unit is complete with everything you need. Including bed linens, bath towels, dishware, basic cooking needs, basic cleaning needs, laundry supplies, ironing board and iron, and a Whirlpool washer and dryer set in the unit. The two bedroom escape includes 55" LED TV in the living room, 42" LED TV in the master bedroom, internet, and a patio facing the residential south side of Grand Forks. You are guaranteed a comfortable stay with central air and forced air heat.

Awesome once we were in.

Bottom line up front. Excellent apartment but communication could be better. We had a hard time reaching the property manager and getting checked in. Suppose to be in at 4, took until 7 for someone to meet us. When Austin did meet us, he was courteous, professional and very thorough. Once we were in, the place was an amazing, well equipped space with all of the amenities we needed: cookware, extra towels & rags, K-cups, trash bags, laundry ‘ dishwasher pods Etc. Cleanliness and safety were excellent and the neighborhood was very family friendly. Austin made check out an absolute breeze.

The property reserved was not the place we stayed. We were placed in a different unit that was very nice. Property manager was very nice. Location was convenient, safe, well cared for. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone.
