The photos of the apartment I booked did not match the property I paid for and ultimately had to stay in. Very disappointing. I felt that it was false advertising on the part of the company Nestor!!

The property was misrepresented. What we paid for was not the unit we got. We were 3 adults and specifically chose the unit with the bathroom separate from the bedrooms. What we got was a unit with the bathroom in the primary suite. VERY AWKWARD. Very dirty. No elevator. BE AWARE.

Individual floor plans and interior layouts can vary slightly between the three identical units. As noted during our previous communication, room assignments are subject to availability upon check-in, and we always strive to accommodate specific layout preferences whenever possible. Regarding your other concerns, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience of the lack of an elevator, and had we known that you had concerns with the cleanliness, we would have arranged for our cleaning team to address and resolve it for you. We sincerely apologise for the discomfort and inconvenience, as this is truly not the kind of experience we want our guests to have.
