This property is in an excellent location and easy walking distance to many things. The main issue is that there is a sewage pipe issue with one bedroom and bathroom so it smells so bad that it is almost unusable. We communicated the issue immediately to the host and got quick replies but there was nothing they could do as we were told it was a "pipe that needs investigation". So, I would consider this a two bedroom, two bath unit unless you are ok with the smell of sewage (the other rooms were fine if the doors were kept shut in the bad bathroom and bedroom).

The actual property was fine it was supposed to be a three bedroom three bathroom which it was but the back bedroom and bathroom had such a rancid smell that it was completely unusable which meant everybody's sleeping and bathing situations became pretty complicated which is why we paid for a three bedroom three bath! I reached out immediately to the host who responded with they will fix it they will get in there and take care of it but it never was fixed so we spent our four nights quite uncomfortably...

The location was excellent! So close to SOHO and Tube stations. The apartment was as-promised and accommodated our group nicely. The Nestor customer service was also fairly good, although they did not respond to a few questions or concerns I had. There was no AC and rooms could get a little stuffy since it was a level below the street. My biggest issue was the NOISE. I realize we are being housed right in the center of the action. but the Maddox Nestor apartments above us did not care about the "no parties" rule , and stomped and screamed until 230 AM on the friday and saturday nights we stayed. It was so loud you could tell which songs they were singing along too. So if you have a group that stays out late, and/or doesnt mind noisy accommodations, then this place is perfect.
