Lovely house, very well equipped and comfortable, great location with an easy walk into Holt and easy access to the coast. Great outdoor space, the teenagers liked the games room. Overall can’t fault it in anyway. Thank you for a fab stay.

Lovely house with lots of space

Arrival and check in very easy, details of key safe sent in good time. Ample parking for our 3 large cars and a trailer. House very spacious and modern, we particularly loved the breakfast area and conservatory. Kitchen large and well equipped, the coffee area was well used! Bedrooms well set up, beds were comfortable. All in all a very enjoyable holiday with a fantastic spacious base to come back to.

Lovely big house. Good size rooms. Nice welcome basket with milk, biscuits and nibbles.I would suggest to anyone staying here to take bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets/rinse aid/salt - when we arrived there was no soap in the downstairs loo or ensuite bathroom and only 3 toilet rolls left for 4 toilets. The road at the back is very busy and noisy at times if you are outside. You don't hear it in the house at all though. Short walk to town - about 20 minutes - and a 10 minute walk to the station (note that the steam train is not currently running to Sheringham for fire safety reasons)

A gorgeous house! Beautifully presented and super spacious for 8 adults. The garden and all outside seating is brilliant, perfect for BBQs & right next to the games room. Fridge/freezer is nice & big, plus an extra little fridge under a kitchen counter. Very soft, fluffy towels. One thing to note- make sure you bring extra bin bags/dishwasher tabs/kitchen roll/foil, etc as not very much is provided. We loved our stay and would definitely consider booking again in the future. Thank you!
