Chateau Myers! Located in the beautiful Burbank Hills, and close to shops, malls, coffee shops, and studios. Chateau Myers offers the simplicity of a small town feel with none of the limitations. Close to freeways to travel to and from, to all parts of Los Angeles County.
Features, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, along with a large living space and yes, even a lovely dining table for family dinners. There is also a convenient and comfortable pull out sofa. The backyard has a table with chairs and an outdoor seating area. Come see for yourself and stay in this lovely home away from home!

The place has Wifi, Three flat screen TVs with cable, blue ray and a Jacuzzi hot tub in the master bathroom.
