In one of the most convenient locations in Southland, Greenview is situated on one of the most desirable streets in the Media District of Burbank. This home is within walking distance of the lively Burbank downtown district with its shops, theaters, restaurants, and parks. It’s only a short drive to the L.A. Zoo, Hollywood, Pasadena, or even downtown L.A..
The Burbank airport is also very close, as well as beautiful hiking trails.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was well updated, providing a great flow through the house, and features a beautiful backyard to enjoy the warm Southern California weather!
Relax and lounge with your guests in the living room, furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, sofa chairs, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and ceiling fan for good airflow.
The modern kitchen is outfitted with a five-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator, dual sinks, lots of counter space, and all the essential amenities. In addition to the dining area with space for up to eight people, the breakfast bar with high-top seating is ideal to gather friends and relatives while preparing a delightful homemade feast!
The bedrooms all feature luxurious linens and pillows, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the two others are queen-size.
Greenview has two full bathrooms – One with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination, and the second one with a walk-in shower.
As you step into the vast backyard, you are welcomed by a large patio area featuring outdoor tables and seating, a gas BBQ grill, and a brick fireplace for nice and cozy evenings under the stars. Surrounded by mature foliage and fruit trees, it’s a lovely space for the entire family to get together and the kids to run around.
