Large studio, with separate bathroom and kitchen area. Situated in the heart of Swansea City Centre, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and its key attractions. Modern apartment, with a double bed and double sofa bed. Perfect for 2-4 guests visiting Swansea. A combination of Wi-Fi, Desk Space and TV make this an ideal retreat for city breaks and business trips. Great transport links with the train station and Bus station only a 7 and 10-minute walk. There are also easy access links to Mumbles Beach and the Gower Peninsula.

There is free overnight parking to the front and back of the building. With restrictions applying between 8.30am-6pm. Through the day, the parking is 1 hour paid (£2). Behind the building it is 1 hour free, no return within 2 hours from 8.30am-6pm.As well as this, there is a paid car park to the rear of the building. This is £5 for 24 hours from Mon-Sat. On Sundays it is £2 for 24 hours.
