We had a great week staying at Lochan View. The property could comfortably sleep 6 people, and it felt huge with 2 adults and 2 children staying there. The house was spotless and had everything you could need, the kitchen was especially well equipped with an air fryer, slow coooker and loads of pots and pans. Although there is a small shop in the local community centre I'd recommend stocking up before you arrive as the shop is very small and has limited opening hours. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning, we spent a couple of days just exploring Great Bernera and were lucky enough to catch the sunset on Bosta beach. We visited so many nice beaches across Lewis and Harris and can honestly say you can't find many better than Bosta beach, we felt so lucky to have it so close to us. Overall a brilliant holiday and some great memories made as a family!
