Reinforcing the excellent reviews for the property. It's absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped. We loved the location - easily walkable into St. Ives (about 25 minutes). Excellent communications with host. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Amazing views, fantastic house with everything you could wish for and hot tub was a lovely addition to spend some time in the evening. Hosts were incredibly responsive and everything really well looked after and maintained. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

This home was absolutely spotless and stunning, we were speechless. The interior is beautiful & the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The hot tub is amazing and all the outdoor areas are clean and comfortable. We hope to visit this house every year!

Absolutely beautiful stay – we would love to return!We have just spent two wonderful weeks here and honestly didn’t want to leave! The location is absolutely fantastic, and the house itself was perfect for our stay. It had everything we could possibly need and was so well equipped, making it feel like a real home from home.The amenities were excellent and the house was beautifully presented. We particularly loved the location and the views — it was the perfect base for exploring Cornwall and enjoying everything the area has to offer.The hosts were absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming, and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question. Nothing was ever too much trouble, which made our stay even more enjoyable.We have had such a fantastic holiday and would 100% love to come back. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in Cornwall.Thank you so much for a wonderful two weeks — we really didn’t want to leave!

Lovely house in a great location,especially for walking into St Ives. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of lovely glasses and crockery. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Excellent communication with the owners. All in all a perfect stay.

We loved this place. Well equipped kitchen, spacious comfortable lounge with lovely views, and cosy bedrooms with very comfy beds. A 20 minute walk down the coastal path and you are in St Ives, but the location is ideal for exploring this part of Cornwall. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of sightseeing and of course it has the added bonus of being a 2 minute walk or 30 second drive to the Tesco Superstore. Not that it feels you are in a built up area, being nestled in the little cul-de-sac.Would definitely recommend and Lisa and Neil were on hand to help if required.

A fabulous property at an excellent location with amazing views! We had a wonderful time here, the place was so comfortable, with everything we needed. Easy walk to St Ives and Carbis Bay, the views were incredible and we had a fantastic week. The Tescos next door was really handy too. And the hosts were superb!!

I recently celebrated my 70th birthday at this stunning property, and our entire group fell in love with the house—particularly the breathtaking views, which are even more impressive in person. The accommodation itself is beautifully presented, with high-quality furnishings throughout, and the hot tub was a fantastic addition that we all thoroughly enjoyed.The location is excellent—just a short walk down to the beach (although a bit of a climb back up, which we didn’t mind!), and conveniently close to a local supermarket. We also took the train into St Ives one day, which was incredibly easy—it only took a few minutes and cost very little.One of the highlights for me personally was lying in bed and looking up at the stars through the roof light positioned directly above—it was a lovely touch and made the stay feel even more special.Overall, a fantastic property in a brilliant location. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

We had a super week for our biannual holiday to Cornwall. Location was brilliant with gorgeous walks down to Carbis Bay beach and St Ives. House was really clean, tidy and well maintained. We saw the hot tub man twice throughout the week for maintenance which was great to see. We were a party of 9 with 4 adults and 5 children. Our youngest child (age 5) was on the sofa bed in our room. The only point we had was that this was terribly uncomfortable so we had 5 nights with a child in bed with us. This wasn’t a problem as the bed was big enough but possibly something to consider. We also had a couple of rude approaches from the neighbours opposite who told the little boy in our group not to kick his ball for the 5 minutes he was waiting for us to load the beach trolleys mid morning, yet they were playing music late into the evening and had barking dogs. It felt like an attempt to make us feel uncomfortable but we brushed it off and didn’t let it ruin our holiday. Could perhaps also do with a larger BBQ for bigger parties. But we had a really wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Thank you so much for your review. So glad you enjoyed the house and the area. We are so sorry about the futon bed being uncomfortable. We will be purchasing a thick mattress topper to hopefully improve the comfort. We are also incredibly sorry that you had an unpleasant interaction with our neighbour.
