This home was perfect for my bachelorette weekend. Plenty of beds, beautiful kitchen, easy to find, and lovely host. My friends and I would love to come back and stay again!!

Italy in Sonoma

We stayed at Bora’s home for my daughter’s wedding at a local winery. It was centrally located and very comfortable, no need to heat the pool it was a refreshing contrast to the hot tub. Would love to stay again😄

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was great! Large kitchen and area to gather. Beautiful pool and good sized hot tub. Beautiful outdoor dining table spot under grapevines. Had a small problem operating the hot tub, I reached out to the property manager and within 10 minutes the pool guys were there working on it and fixed the issue. Really easy check in process, very available for issue response, clean. Great location for Sonoma in particular. I would stay here again.

Great property!

A group of friends stayed at this property and it was stunning! Everything was beautiful and clean. It slept 10 of us very comfortably and the beds were great. The yard and pool were the perfect end to a visiting wine country. Highly recommend.

Only negative was the restrictions on the bathroom/septic system usage.

Hi Peggy. Every single house in wine country is on a septic system with no exceptions. Ours is a brand new plumbing system and just like everybody else, we need to ensure only toilet paper goes into the septic system. We are disappointed by your three start review.

A great stay in Sonoma

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this property. The owner was very communicative throughout the process, and he quickly and helpfully answered any questions we asked. The property's grounds are special. The setting/view is beautiful, and the backyard/pool area is meticulously manicured and maintained. The house itself is great for a group of adult friends. The kitchen/dining/family rooms are all part of one giant common room, which makes it easy to socialize with everyone who's staying at the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are in a separate part of the house and are nicely sized, and the beds are super comfortable. This was a great place to stay, and one we'd happily recommend to others.

Exceptional!

Everything about this house was amazing! Inside and out! The house was everything it looks like in the pictures and more. The house was solidly made and well maintained, unlike some rentals that seem to be built and decorated on the cheap and only used for rentals. You can tell that the owners care about this house, right down to the high quality linens and towels. Every detail has been thought of! The interior is very spacious and nicely laid out and it fit our group perfectly. The outside grounds and the pool are immaculate. We had a couple small issues come up during our stay, which happens, and the on site property manager, Dan, was so helpful and very responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. By far the best rental I've stayed in, from the start of the booking process through the entire stay.

We had the most wonderful stay in Sonoma! Our family (5 siblings and partners) gathered here for a special trip celebrating what would have been my father in law's 100th birthday and the house was absolutely perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt both cozy and spacious enough for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking big family meals a breeze, and the dining areas (indoor and outdoor) were ideal for sharing them together. We hired chef Kyle to cook us a dinner one night and it was absolutely amazing!The backyard was a highlight—peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine after exploring the area. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The location couldn’t be better, close to wineries and the charming Sonoma Plaza, but tucked away enough that it felt like our own retreat.Our host was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, making check-in seamless and ensuring we had everything we needed. Every detail made the experience feel special, and our family is already talking about coming back.Highly recommend—10/10!

Sonoma wine country

We stayed here for easy access to wine country and tours. We enjoyed Sonoma more so than Napa. It was still easy to access Napa for winery tastings and tours. The house was beautiful and we had fun. We were disappointed that a refund was not an option in a Covid year. We booked this for April 2020 and our only option was a 50% refund or rebook to 2021. Half of our party was not able to go in 2021 so it became far more expensive than we originally planned and the owner would not allow any discounts.

As stated in our listing at the time you requested a reservation, we have a strict cancellation policy and do not offer refunds. We're glad that even during Covid, we were still able to offer you a 50% refund as well as a credit to return with us! As I'm sure you know, 2020 was an extremely tough year for most folks, Mom-and-Pop vacation rental hosts included. Even so, we still offered you a 50% refund and a credit to return with us, which would have made you whole. We also offered to reschedule your stay for a second time to 2022, which you declined. As you did not accept either proposition which accommodated your requests, I'm glad you and your group decided to visit and had a great time! Thanks, again and hope to have you all in the future.

Lovely stay!

Beautiful home! We were multiple generations and enjoyed the home. Lovely views from the backyard and a lovely kitchen/great room area with multiple window aspects. 10-15 minutes to downtown Sonoma and multiple wineries. Appreciated the amount of items stocked in kitchen and ease of covering/uncovering pool. We did bring our own pool toys and coffee machine but that appeared to also be provided. Air conditioning and screen doors were very helpful and efficient. Only con was that the washing machine ceased to operate on our last few days but ultimately we were able to get our clothes out of it and hang them outside. Other than that, it was a marvelous stay.

Great adult getaway

We had 9 adults total, and everyone slept very comfortably. The location is not super ideal, being around other homeowners, but that’s usually the deal with rentals. We definitely understood noise would not be tolerated after 10pm, so just be sure your group is courteous to that before booking here! All showers had shampoo, conditioner and soap, and sinks had hand soap. The laundry room was well stocked with laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, cleaners, extra towels + sheets, etc. It was very nice not having to worry about those extra household items, particularly when flying. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, a really nice place to stay while visiting wine country.

Great house, good location, could use a little improvement

The house was lovely and suited our needs. We were there for a girls trip/birthday celebration. There were seven of us. In terms of constructive criticism, the room with the pull out couch did not really match the description. We wouldn’t describe it as better than a regular bed, or even close to a regular bed in terms of comfort/cleanliness. The cushions were stained and there were no readily available sheets and comforter in the room. Plus it was flimsy feeling. So we ended up having a couple of ladies bunk together in a different room. (I would recommend that the owners just put a bed in that room.) In addition, we found that the house could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. There was confetti on different parts of the floor from the previous users in addition to some nail clippings which was gross.

Perfect house for family of generations. The teens especially enjoyed ping pong, Foose ball, and bocce. All of us enjoyed the pool and spa. The grounds are beautiful. The layout of the house is great for 12 people.

As gorgeous as the pictures. Well stocked kitchen. Spacious bedrooms. Ping pong and foosball were fun. The vegetable garden was impressive. We used some basil on our cooking. Great for a big group. Plenty of seating and communal space. Just to note: Wifi doesn’t work in the backyard so plan to work inside if you need to. Everything was smooth with check in and check out.

Birthday weekend

The house was perfect for our group of 6 active, fun loving women. The kitchen was huge and easy to prepare meals. The weather wasn't great but we had a blast celebrating my 70th birthday!

Absolute PERFECTION

12 of us came to Sonoma for a bachelorette and had the most fabulous time at this property. It was close to town and wineries so it made for an easy adventure to and from. The house had plenty of bathrooms for all us women to get dressed, it was stocked with towels, the backyard was gorgeous. I really can’t put it into words how amazing it was. Highly highly recommend this property if you are even thinking of booking!

Beautiful place to stay

A terrific rental property in a wonderful location. Less than 10 minutes to town but nicely isolated for peace and quiet. Beautiful gardens and pool area and the house has everything you need. If the house came with a 24 hour babysitter i think that could be the only improvement made!
