We’ve stayed at Horizon View multiple times, but this was the first time at this apartment. We loved our stay, with the family collectively agreeing this was our favourite. It was very well equipped, with everything you’d need. The artwork was just perfect for a home by the sea. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. A wonderful week’s stay in what’s become our spiritual home of Westward Ho! No doubt we’ll be back again!

Really lovely and clean property. Well equipped with every thing you need for a self catering holiday. Very close, just a few steps from the main area with shops, restaurants, bars and of course the beach! Great selection of eateries, so much variety to choose from, not just burgers and chips! Welcome pack was also a really lovely touch, thanks so much for our hosts! Can’t complete a review without mentioning the view, it’s stunning and such beautiful sunsets! If you like the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks, you won’t be disappointed. Be aware you don’t get a lot in sun in the balcony due to shadow of the building but given the amount of outdoor space there is around and the size of the beach it’s quite nice to have a shaded area to sit and enjoy the view.

Everything about this apartment is first class. The hosts leave so many things to start you off, it's wonderful. I particularly like the fact that there were kitchen staples like cling film & Al foil, it so annoying to have to buy a roll when you only need a couple in inches. It's extremely comfortable with a large sofa & 2 very comfortable arm chairs, all positioned for a sea view. I even forgive the sofa for eating my Apple pencil as I got it back 2 days later with a lot of help! Thank you John & Julia, it's a beautiful apartment. Will return if our circumstances permit.
