Bonita casa cerca de una preciosa playa

Nos ha encantado la ubicación, a pocos minutos andando de la playa de Oliva Nova (preciosa) y de un pequeño centro comercial con varios restaurantes, farmacia y un Carrefour express. Las habitaciones grandes y muy cómoda y practica la zona de comedor en el porche cerrado. Hemos disfutado mucho la piscina Fue una muy grata sorpresa encontrar 2 frigoríficos grandes y uno pequeño, muy necesarios para una familia de 10 como nosotros. El mobiliario del jardín necesita ser renovado. Solo hay sofás en el salón para 4 personas cuando la capacidad de la casa es de 10.

Sobre todo la propiedad en su conjunto, la ubicación, y la atención por parte de Cristian, que estuvo en todo momento atento para que todo funcionase Pues es una pena que la propiedad esté un poco descuidada en aspectos de mantenimiento, como algunas mosquiteras rotas, el mobliriario de cocina necesita una renovación, así como el de jardín, que está bastante deteriorado y viejo, alguna puerta de armario empotrado estaba en el baño grande tirado en el suelo, en fin tendrían que darle una vuelta a este aspecto, ya que la propiedad lo merece, y creo que la inversión no sería muy costosa y luciría mucho más, no obstante hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestra estancia, gracias

Die Unterkunft ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen was man an den abgewohnten und teilweise aufgequollenen Möbeln stark sieht. Leider lies auch die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig, und das für 200,- Endreinigung. Sehr positiv war allerdings die Vermietungsfirma !! Auftretende Probleme wurden sofort bearbeitet und gelöst! Der Kontakt war schnell freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
