The property is in a perfect location, within easy walking distance of the pier, the pavilion, the lanes. The property itself is clean and fairly well maintained, and the pub downstairs is friendly and welcoming.

Well located flat with comfortable bedrooms

Flat bang in the centre of Kemptown very near the Pier and beach. All about the location here and for people looking to enjoy the delights of Brighton. Being so central it is a bit noisy but that is what you sign up for.

Mucky Duck- Great Location

Location optimal for the beach, pier and Lanes... A little excitable late at night due to parties returning from the beach, weather dependent... Fabulous pub beneath welcoming and great beer, ideal for a relaxing week.
