The atmospheric holiday Vlier 2 near sea beach and nature reserve in Nieuwvliet-Bad.
Suitable for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and an enclosed garden offering privacy.

Our semi-detached holiday home is located in bungalow park De Vlier, about 200 meters from the beach and the North Sea, 100 meters from a dyke transition to nature reserve and wide sandy beach.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Möglichkeit zu Fuß an den Strand zu gelangen war genial. Die Lage des Objekts und der Parkplatz vorm Haus sorgen für enormen Komfort. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, allerdings waren der Staubsauger und die Waschmaschine nicht komplett in Ordnung, was für etwas Abzüge bei der Bewertung gesorgt hat. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Ferienhaus jedoch gerne weiter!

Danke für die Bewertung. Es gibt da nun ein neue Staubsauger. Das Wasser von die waschmachine könnte nicht gut ad fliessen da die Kanalisation durch enorme Regenfall ganz voll war.

Sehr gute Lage und schöne Atmosphäre

Das Häuschen hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage ist sehr gut sowie die Ausstattung (Garten, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc.).Fußläufig sind gute Restaurants und Strandbuden erreichbar.

Das Objekt und die Ausstattung sind in die Jahre gekommen !

Eigentlich ist in den Bewertungen der anderen Gäste alles gesagt.Es gab also in diesem Sinne keine Überraschungen.Drei Punkt will ich aber noch einmal erwähnen.1.Ich habe zwei Wochen nicht gut geschlafen , ich hatte das Schlafzimmer zur Gartenseite. Der Raum kann NICHT abgedunkelt werden. es ist in diesem Raum Nacht TAGHELL! Besonders durch die Straßenbeleuchtung. Abhilfe wäre sehr einfach , indem Mann dunkle Lichtundurchlässige Gardinen anbringen würde!!2. Der Kühlschrank ( Sehr klein und Altersschwach, wenn man selber kochen will muss man täglich einkaufen, Bevorratung für mehrere Tag ist nicht möglich)sollte dringend gegen einen größeren, mit einem Gefrierabteil ersetzt werden. Es ist genügend Platz rechts von der Waschmaschine vorhanden.3. Spülmaschine, die behälter für Salz und Klarspüler waren leer, dem entsprechend schlech das Spülergebnis. Der Vermieter sollte dafür sorgen das diese Dinge in Ordnung sind.Wir hatten schöne Urlaubstage in De Vlier 2, die Wohnung ist von der Größe und Aufteilung und Ausstattung gut. Aber es besteht Handlungsbedarf.

So nah am Meer

Henks Haus hat uns gut gefallen. Am besten war die schöne Lage fußläufig zum Meer und zu schönen Strandrestaurants. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Brügge geht schnell. Am Haus gut gefallen haben uns: - das Wohnzimmer mit dem schönen bequemen, großen Sofa- der große Esstisch mit bequemen Stühlen- die schattige Terrasse mit großem Tisch und bequemen Stühlen - der Kinderstuhl verbesserungswürdig:Die Küchenausstattung und die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wir haben ein Schneidebrett vermisst. Aber insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen.

Alles Top

Bei der Anreise wird der Schlüssel in einem Schlüsselkasten hinterlegt, was das Checkin erleichtert. Der Aufenthaltsbereich ist groß und lichtdurchflutet. Im Garten hatten wir ab 10 Uhr Sonne, wo man entspannt seinen morgendlichen Kaffee genießen konnte. Der Weg zum Strand ist einfach nur über den Deich, was uns sehr gelegen kam. Im vorderen Bereich konnten wir 2 Autos parken. Der 3te Wagen konnte problemlos auf dem Grünstreifen gegenüber parken. Also Platz ist ausreichend vorhanden :-) Außerdem lag die Wohnung in direkter Nähe zu der restlichen Familie, die sich ebenfalls eine Ferienwohnung genommen hat. Wir waren sehr zu Frieden. Das einzige, was FeWo nicht bereichert, war die Kurtaxe. Die mussten wir dann separat nochmal zahlen. Danke !

Alles prima!

Wir waren kürzlich für fünf Tage in diesem tollen Apartment. Wir waren super zufrieden und haben alles so erlebt, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Unterkunft liegt nur 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Perfekt für einen entspannten Strandspaziergang oder einfach zum Abschalten. Das Apartment war sauber und machte einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Außerdem hatten wir das Glück, mit schönem Wetter verwöhnt zu werden, was das Ganze noch schöner gemacht hat.

Schönes verlängertes Wochenende

Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar. Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Küchen-, Esszimmer- und Wohnbereich sind schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Lediglich die Schlafräume bzw. die Betten sind für Menschen mit leichten körperlichen Einschränkungen (Rücken, Knie nicht so günstig!

Haus in Topp-Lage

Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus (zwei Paare), was bei drei Schlafzimmern kein Problem darstellte. Das Haus liegt in einer super schönen Lage und unmittelbar an der Nordsee. Schöne und interessante Orte in der Nähe laden zum Shoppen und spazierengehen ein (wir lieben den Strand in Cadzand-Bad). Direkt nebenan gibt es die Möglichkeit, die Spiel-, Sport- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des Roompot Parks zu nutzen. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut topp! Einzig die Küche (sie ist etwas veraltert) und die Betten (für uns zu schmal) entsprachen nicht dem restlichen Niveau. Letzteres ist aber dem Umstand zuzuschreiben, dass wir alle sehr groß sind. Wir können das Haus aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen!!

Rückzugsort mit Komfort

Idealer Standort zum Naturschutzgebiet und zum Strand, wahlweise Holland oder auch , wer mag nach Belgien. Gute Infrastruktur direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben in 4 Tagen viel unternommen, das nette Kreis Städtchen Fluit und auch das etwas mondäne Seebad Knokke besucht und gut zu Abend in den schönen Strandpavillions gegessen. Rundum eine gute Zeit!
