This new residence "Riviera" is equipped with every luxury and completely new decor. The living room with flat screen television, corner / sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and oven / microwave, bathroom with toilet and walk / rain shower, bedroom with two box spring. The box spring (dim. 160x200) features two separate duvets and pillows, no bed linen / towels. At the rear of the house is a terrace with luxurious furniture / lounge, also a shelter with charging point for electric bikes. Wifi is available. The house is for 2 adults and a child up to 4 years. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This property is situated on a quiet lane, with detached houses. Within walking distance of the beach and downtown.

Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.Für uns ist die Ferienwohnung perfekt, freundliche und entspannte Kommunikation, super Lage fußläufig zum Strand und Ortskern und es ist alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht.

Kleiner Bungalow, modern und schön eingerichtet, liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Parkplatz auf der Strasse kostenlos. Lage ein wenig außerhalb, mit dem Fahrrad ist man aber in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum, zum Strand ist es aber fussläufig etwas weiter. Eigene Terrasse mit gemütlichen Korbmöbeln und Couchtisch, Unterstellmöglichkeit für E-Bikes mit Steckdosen zum Aufladen sehr praktisch.

Der Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind super nett und sehr hilfsbereit.Alles ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Für 2 Personen eine optimale Unterkunft. Alles war perfekt und sehr sauber.Für uns auch super, die Unterstell Möglichkeit für unsere eBike incl. Lademöglichkeit auf der Überdachten Terasse.Und die Wohnung sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Lage der Wohnung ist genial. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Man hört kein Auto lärm.Man ist schnell zu Strand gelaufen, aber auch zum Einkaufen ist es nicht weit zu Fuss.Ganz lieben Dank für alles.MR

Schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen, Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, auf der Terrasse gibt es eine überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder mit zwei Steckdosen.Kostenloser Parkplatz für das Auto vor dem Haus auf der Straße.Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind nett und erreichbar falls etwas ist.

Sehr schönes Haus in Zoutelande

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß, nach Zoutelande etwas länger. Insgesamt sehr zentral gelegen.

Zoutelande, immer eine Reise wert!

Nach Zoutelande fahren wir schon regelmäßig seit über 25 Jahren. Wir lieben den Ort. Meer, Strand, Gastronomie, Landschaft, alles perfekt. Meistens sind wir als Camper hier, jetzt aber in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Sauber, durchdacht eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal dahin.

Sommerurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und sehr angenehm. Wkr empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden diese erneut in anspruch nehmem wenn wir erneut in der Gegend fahren. Das man Verbrauchsmitteln selber mitbringen soll finden wir in Ordnung und Verständlich.

Unser Urlaub im Juli 2024

Klasse modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wichtig zu wissen: Bettbezüge eine Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Gerne wieder!
