Beachfront Penthouse #7 Leith Court

Leith Court Unit 7 is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse suite for with magnificent sea views.

This beach-front condominium features an open plan living and kitchen which leads to a breezy balcony with dining and informal living areas. The balcony has a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea. The master bedroom is on the eastern side of the property which is bright and airy, has a king size bed and features an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is on the western side of the property and has direct access to the second bathroom. There are two twin beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.

Leith Court is a popular beach-front apartment complex overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the South Coast of Barbados. The complex has a shared pool, in the shape of a guitar, and Worthing Beach is just steps from the poolside. There are loungers and a couple of picnic tables around the pool making it a lovely space to sun bathe or lie under the stars. The gardens are kept immaculately and there is lush tropical landscaping. The building is secured with coded entry gates and there is an elevator to access the different levels.

This is a great property. Slight mix-up with communication when we first landed, but highly impressed that the Property Manager stayed to ensure we were able to settle in. Absolutely stunning views, clean, and comfortable. No hair dryer, so bring one if needed. The unit is on a busy corner, but the spot is so convenient. Can not hear street noise over the ocean. Felt very safe. Great place and would definitely stay again if available!!!

Wonderful condo and location!

We had such an amazing and relaxing time at Leith Court. The views from the condo were fantastic, the color of the ocean like candy for the eye! The condo was well furnished and the supermarket right across the street was very convenient. We had a vehicle to get around the island but there are buses that run all day long right in front of the house and you can catch a ride for $1. The management of the property was excellent to deal with. I highly recommend this property for a stay in Barbados!

Great place, good standards but the appliances need to be updated.

A wonderful place with great views and a very convenient location. The unit is very well cross ventilated with lots of natural light and sounds of the ocean. The standards of all the supplies and the facilities are very high, but the appliances are outdated and need to be replaced.

Lovely apartment with incredible views

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apartment was very well equipped for everything you could want! Really spacious and the views and sound of the sea was just wonderful… spent many an hour on the terrace appreciating it! Supermarket and good restaurants all short walking distance so you don’t even need a car. If you are looking for an apartment in this area I would look no further! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Lovely spacious penthouse apartment on one of the best beaches in Barbados. Beautifully maintained. Easy access to super markets and several restaurants. No need to rent a car. We would definitely recommend this beachfront apartment.

Incredible luxury penthouse apartment

Beautiful white sand beach, views from every room. Extremely well maintained with all necessary mod cons. Lovely swimming pool for those who want to take a quick dip. Within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend
