. Leith Court Apartment #4 is a 1200sqft two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, located on the first floor (one above ground) of the east building of the Leith Court complex. An open plan kitchen and living area leads to to a spacious balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds. The apartment is non-smoking. Leith Court is a very popular and well kept beach front complex overlooking lower Worthing beach on the South Coast of Barbados. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and the famous St. Lawrence Gap are all within easy walking distance. The complex has a shared pool, and an elevator. Beach access is direct from the garden and pool area. The pool area has sun lounges, shaded areas and some umbrellas.

If your looking for a place that has everything close by? Than this the place for you. The property has a beach which is great if you like to hear the waves at night or first thing in the morning while having a coffee. The pool is also great for afternoon dips and relaxation. We loved the location!

James was excellent to deal with as a host. He was quick to respond, professional and informative for our stay! The place is as described right on the ocean with beach chairs and the pool right below. On our last morning we watched the sea turtles from the patio. Any concerns we may have had were quickly addressed! We enjoyed our stay very much.

View from our balcony was stunning and our vacation was relaxing. James our host was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Rental is walking distance to the Gap, groceries and lots of other great beaches.

The stay at Jimmy’s Leith Condos was fantastic. The condo itself is a bit tired and dated and could use updated furniture both indoor and outdoors as well as some sprucing up, but the location is second to none. Waking up and having that view each and everyday is so worth it and the patio and pool were fantastic . Close to everything , safe and nice neighbours .

The AC worked beautifully in the bedrooms which is all you need here. The view is fantastic. James is fabulous host and checked in with us and his back up support Maureen did as well. We stayed 13 days and a little very young woman came on day 5 or 6 to refresh inns an towels and mop the floor.

Perfect Location!

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved that we were in a location where we could walk to restaurants, etc. The apartment was beautifully appointed and the patio view was absolutely gorgeous! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. James was a wonderful host and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again if we return to Barbados!

Wonderful location! Many restaurants, shopping, and the famous Worthing Food Court all within walking distance. The condo had a fabulous view and we enjoyed watching the sea turtles every morning. The condo had everything we needed, and made our vacation so pleasant. PS bring snorkel equipment to see the turtles throughout the day right in front of the condo property!

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

I really enjoyed my stay here. The property listing is very accurate, it is right on the beach, big supermarket just over the road and St Lawrence Gap just an eight minute walk. I would definitely stay here again. James is an excellent host.

Amazing clean, secure and spacious apartment with a fantastic pool and access to the sea for daily swimming. Beautiful views

The views from the property were awesome and the host was great. He checked on us several times. The shower floor needed a good scrubbing but everything else was good.

Thank you for reviewing. I agree with you re the shower floor. It had had a epoxy finish on top of tiles that came off and due for replacement. New tiles and drain cover are under the sink waiting for the next allowed maintenance period (September). Major or noisy maintenance is only allowed in off-season so as not to cause disturbance to guests during the busy season.

Great stay at an excellent location

We had a wonderful time at James' apartment and even though he wasn't there to welcome us, he made sure that we were well taken care of. Highly recommend the apartment which is exactly as described. A small tip would be to bring your earplugs as it can get noisy.

Leith Court #4 is on the inside half of the east building, one level up from the ground floor. The building features key-pad entry, an elevator, pool, and sun lounge area on the lawn adjacent to the ocean. A supermarket is immediately across the road with nearby shopping and banking.

Unit 4 features a full modern kitchen, laundry and of course a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. It is in an ideal location for a Barbados vacation with every amenity close by.
