Wonderful stay! The apartment was comfortable, pretty, clean, and safe. Lovely neighborhood, which was totally walkable with many shops and restaurants and markets nearby. The subway and bus system was easily accessible from the apartment for us to get around the entire city. We would totally book this place again!

There was black mould on some of the curtains, walls and showers. The staircase to the lower bedroom in the basement could not take the weight of a large adult. Generally the place looked recently renovated but a final walk through had not been performed to tidy up rough edges etc. Having said this, the location of the apartment was perfect for our needs and we were able to access the metro and buses easily.

The flat was clean. The clothes washer worked well for us and we enjoyed the Nespresso Machine. A centrally located kitchen space would work well for those wanting to gather at a table. The living room sofa bed is easy to use.Located on the street front, main floor of a building with an interior car park the space can be quite exposed to traffic and passersby. One of the bedrooms was in the basement that was quite musty and accessed by a narrow spiral staircase that we did not feel was sturdy. There was not closet space, hooks or a space to hang clothing other than at the front door for coats. Bedrooms need bedside tables or a space for a glass of water etc. We would have liked a well lit space for getting ready in the morning that had an electrical plug and mirror.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, the washer, and the Nespresso machine, and that the kitchen and living space worked well during your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the layout and amenities. There are closets to hang clothes in the main bedroom but we will definitely take your suggestions for additional closet space into account as we continue to improve the comfort and functionality of the apartment. Thank you again for your stay, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Was an amazing stay located in local Paris not touristy. One recommendation is to have a book inside on how to operate the heat and washing machine. Was so great to be able to do laundry on our long stay.

Thank you very much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the more local, non-touristy Paris experience. It’s also great to know that having laundry facilities was helpful during your longer stay. We appreciate your suggestion regarding clearer instructions for the heating and washing machine. This is very helpful feedback, and we will look into adding a welcome guide for future guests to make these features easier to use. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the apartment didn’t fully meet your expectations. As it is located on the ground floor, we understand that ventilation can be more limited compared to higher levels. However, we do our best to ensure the space is comfortable and well-equipped for our guests. We appreciate your comments and will keep them in mind to continue improving.

Pessima esperienza

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the ongoing renovations were small updates being done by a neighbour, and since these are minor works, they didn't require notification to the community. The apartment was carefully adapted for comfort, and we ensure the space is clean and well-maintained. We are continuously working on improvements. Thank you
