The host was super communicative throughout the entire process. The location was safe, clean and a perfect location (close to a metro). Overall, a fantastic experience and would stay again!

Very family-friendly accommodation with rather spacious rooms, full-equipped kitchen, very safe and quiet location, entry through a courtyard, so only inhabitants can enter. Very clean.Great location with great infrastructure (metro, supermarket, hospital if needed, shops, restaurant) in walkable distance.Communication always very super-friendly and helpful!! Thank you!

The property is an excellent location. There is a grocery type store, the Metro entrance, restaurants, and shops all within just a couple minutes walk. There were seven of us, and although the apartment is relatively small, we easily made it work for our grandmother, daughter granddaughter trip. The host was extremely responsive to any communication that we sent.

The apartment was an amazing find. The apartment was charming with plenty of room for our family of six. It was close to Place d'Italie and had easy access to the metro. Our hosts were super kind and helpful and we would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment. Plenty of room for 3 couples. Apartment was well equipped. Host very responsive to two minor issues we identified when we checked in. Only real issue was both shower doors leaking onto the floor due to lack of sealing. Plenty of towels available to deal with that. Great location. Easy access to 3 metro lines at Place d’Italie. Plenty of amazing restaurants within easy walking distance.

This wonderful apartment fit the 6 of us comfortably and the area it is located in was convenient and surrounded by fantastic places to eat. We could walk everywhere we wanted to visit, including the Lourve and Notre Dame. Fantastic! We loved our stay!!

We loved our stay in Paris. The best thing about this property was the location. It is located in a very nice part of town and everything was easy to get to. The heat was a struggle as there are no AC units, however we managed. Otherwise we were taken care of nicely.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy access to bus and metro, safe (right by the police station), and near grocery stores and gear restaurants. Apartment has 4 full beds and a pull out, but the front room lets in a lot of light (lamps are right outside the windows) and sound from the street. Bed was comfortable and appreciated plenty of towels. Showers leaked badly but water pressure and temperature were good. Upstairs room is accessed from ladder stairs. Washer is available.

The host was very communicative and allowed us to check in early which was very helpful and appreciated, especially with a little kiddo. The check in instructions were easy to follow and very well written. I thought the explanation of the rooms and space in general was on par with the description in the listing. From a size perspective it was a good fit for the 4 adults, 3 kiddo group we had. Communal living room space did not have a tv or full seating but kitchen definitely allowed for sitting all together. The neighborhood was great with places to shop and eat. My only constructives are - would benefit from a thorough deep clean of nuanced and infrequently used spaces and the ladder stairs are narrow (manageable for sure, just need to be mindful).

The best thing about this property is its location. It is located in a nice area with many restaurants, grocery shopping, a nearby subway station, and bus routes. We stayed here with friends for three nights. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly small. The shower doors do not seal the water from leaking out onto the bathroom floors. We always hit the shower door on the doorknob when using it. The padlock to the unit was fastened to the doorknob which made it cumbersome to unlock it. There is a washer, but not a dryer, and drying clothes to be completely dry was a challenge.
