Location is good. About 20ish minutes from Amsterdam. The amenities of a playground, pool and restaurant help when traveling with children. The home was nice, however since there is no AC, we had to open the doors and windows for ventilation. They do not provide portable fans, which would be nice since there’s no AC. There is no pest control. So there are ants and spiders everywhere and they come inside. Towels are not provided unless you ask to upgrade to the towel package.

The property itself, layout etc was brilliant. We had a chalet right by the river, which was fabulous. The park is in a great area for travelling into the City, only 15 minutes walk to the station.There were some broken items in the property; couple of handles missing from the unit the TV was on but nothing that affected us day to day.

Location-wise, the apartment was great -- very close to public transportation into Amsterdam. The area around was very pretty with lots of walking paths, etc. The apartment was ok -- comfortable enough, but the furniture and walls were clearly worn, walls very thin (problematic when staying with 6 people and small children), and cleanliness was iffy (I found used contact lenses in one of the bunk beds and one of the pillows and some kind of grossness on it). The kitchen was generally well supplied with cookware and utensils, and the living area was pretty spacious (though bedrooms were quite small). Overall, we had a fine stay here, but I wouldn't be excited to stay here again.

Location was far from bus/transportation. 25-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. About a 50-minute walk to nearest supermarket. Rental was hot but office sent 2 fans right away. Toilet paper, shower supplies, napkins, towels, extra blankets not included. Extra cost or you must bring your own.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rooms were clean and the layout of the property worked well for our group. One of the highlights was sitting by the river in the evenings, which was lovely and made for a very relaxing setting.However, there were a few issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected. As we had booked the property for six people, we were surprised to find only three outdoor chairs around the table, meaning we could not all sit outside together.Our stay was during the summer, when temperatures reached around 37C inside the property. Unfortunately, the large sliding glass door was broken and could not be opened, which meant there was no way to get proper airflow through the property. This made the property extremely hot and uncomfortable at times.We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of some areas. The showers had not been cleaned particularly well, and we found an unknown split liquid in one of the freezer drawers, which was unpleasant and should have been noticed and cleaned before our arrival.We also found cooking for six people difficult, as the gas hob only had two working rings. For a property accommodating six guests, we would expect the cooking facilities to be suitable for preparing meals for the full group.The property has a lovely setting and plenty of potential, but addressing these practical issues, particularly the ventilation, cleanliness and kitchen facilities, would make a significant difference to the overall guest e

Es war sehr schön. Das Wetter hat mitgespielt und die Häuser sind sehr schön. Die Fenster könnten mal geputzt werden und im Außenbereich hätten die Spritschutzberiche um das Haus etwas Pflege nötig.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Das Haus ist eigentlich ganz gut. Ausser sas die Zimmer seeeeehr eng sind. In der Nacht wach werden und auf Toilette gehen benötigt etwas Konzentration (im DZ geschlafen). Bad, Wohn- und Essbereich war super. Toi: wenigsten 1 Handtuch könnte inkl sein. Nun aber was absolut garnicht geht: Die Kaution wurde von 1 Freund gezahlt. Wurde aber auf eine ganz andere Karte zurückgebucht. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel!!! Was soll das!??

Wir hatten für 6 Erwachsene gebucht, leider war nicht ersichtlich, das es sich hier in einem Zimmer um mini- Stockbetten handelt in den man sich nicht Mal umdrehen kann als Erwachsener. Die Küchenutensilien lassen ziemlich zu wünschen übrig, Töpfe und Pfannen super! Aber um zu kochen: keine Brettchen, Messer ::Totalausfall!; kein Sieb, spülmittel, müllbeutel, alles muss man kaufen. Mitarbeiter im Check-in sehr nett. Anlage sehr ansprechend Restaurant top. Alles in allem gut!!! Wir kommen wieder, wir wissen ja jetzt, was die kleinen Mankos sind. 6 - Chalet ist für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, bring eine kleine Küchenausrüstung mit und alles ist wunderbar.
