Discover this modern holiday home with hot tub and sauna, ideal for a holiday with family or friends.

Spacious and bright, this beautiful house dedicated to well-being is nestled in the heart of nature, with its magnificent and vast terrace equipped with a hot tub, which seems to plunge into the greenery. You will share delicious moments around the barbecue, contemplating the view.

Furnished with refinement, the interior is not to be outdone! To complete your stay, you can enjoy an infrared sauna. On the ground floor, you will find a leisure area equipped with a refrigerated bar and a billiards table.

On cooler evenings, gather around the warm wood stove (bags of logs provided against payment). The open fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern equipment.

Outside there is a carport for two cars and a small bicycle garage (sockets available for electric bikes)

You will stay in a residential area, where calm is essential. You will be just a few steps from the Golf de Durbuy and a few minutes by car from the center of the smallest city in the world. In summer, don't miss visiting the Labyrinth, a Belgian theme park which takes place every summer in an eleven-hectare cornfield located in Barvaux-sur-Ourthe.
