Holiday cottage approx. 100 m from the North Sea and the sandy beach. The house has a nice view of the sea and from the rooftop terrace you have stunning panoramic views over the North Sea and the area. The house was built as a double house with own entrance and is located in a nice area with a mixture of permanent residences and cottages. Heating is by oil and is relatively cheap in consumption. There are 3 bedrooms, one bed is 3/4 size, all are box mattresses, hardwood floors throughout, as well as water-washed walls and painted ceilings. Large bathroom with shower, 2-person whirlpool and toilet. Modern kitchen in open connection with the living room with satellite TV (digital), DVD player and stereo with CD player.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
