4 star holiday home in Ebeltoft

Architect designed holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located on 1300 m² large natural plot approx. 300 from the ocean. The house was modernised in 2012. There is a glass door separating the living room ans the pool area with pool and corner whirlpool. From here you have access to the sauna. Large, open concept dining and living room with a wood-burning stove for cosy and warm evenings. Adjacent to the dining and living room is an open kitchen with i.a. dish washer and microwave oven. Here everyone can talk and play games while preparing dinner. There are a few steps down from the living room to the separate sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, all have double beds. There is a large 25 m² mezzanine with both a double bed and arm chairs. Unlike most mezzanines this is large enough for you to stand upright in some places. Here the children will undoubtedly spend a lot of time. Approximately 300 m from the house is a public water park, tennis court and playground.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
