There is a reason why we have over the years visited Villa Gina four times for our family celebrations.It is for all three generations, our soul place.The views, the peace, the space, the hosts, the welcome, the comfort.Plus of course for the grandchildren, the pool.Pearched on the side of a quaint village with just 20 residents, all of which are friendly and polite. Close to the wonderful town of Barga for restaurants and shopping.50 mins from Lucca.There is always joy at our arrival and tears at our departure.

The most incredible property in the most incredible setting. Jeremy the host was brilliant before our holiday in helping us with everything we need. They were great in getting everything ready we would need for various babies/toddlers. Once arriving Paola the housekeeper was also great and very helpful. It took us 1.5hrs from Pisa airport to get to Villa Gina and the local supermarket is 15 mins away. Having the hillside views and tranquility with that convenience was great. The house is so well kitted out with everything you could possibly need, it was just perfect, we are very lucky to have found this property and stay at it for a week. Thank you

Our stay at this vacation home was absolutely incredible. The property was impeccably clean, spacious, exactly as described—and somehow even better in person.The view from the backyard was breathtaking, and with seven bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated our family of 13. The pool was truly the cherry on top!I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to reconnect with family. It offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy, with plenty of space to gather, have fun, and make memories, while also allowing everyone to relax, read a book, or take a peaceful nap whenever they wanted.Heaven on earth really does exist—I completely fell in love with this place.A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful hosts for sharing your beautiful home with us. Paola was an absolute pleasure to meet and communicate with throughout our stay. We truly appreciate everything and hope to return someday!

Very cozy accommodation on the top of the hill with a view of the valley. 10-15 min by car down to Barga where there are good shops. You need a car to stay there.Paula who takes care of the house is very nice and helpful, and also Fabio who takes care of the pool was great!Simply a gem in the middle of Tuscany!

The Villa and Paola are absolutely wonderful! It was more than enough space and activities for our group of 13. Be prepared for a drive up the mountain and some tight turns, but the property is more than worth it.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Gina. Die Ausstattung war einfach grandios. Und der Ausblick noch grandioser. Man hat alles was man braucht vor Ort. Auch nahegelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zahlreich vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war unkompliziert und die Dame vor Ort war jederzeit für uns da. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!
